About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our investment advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic vision for growth and success. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's operations, including client relationships, investment strategies, team management, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the firm, setting goals and objectives in alignment with the company's mission and vision.
• Develop and implement effective investment strategies to maximize returns for clients while managing risk appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique financial goals and needs.
• Monitor financial markets and economic trends, staying informed of industry developments and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the firm's client base and increase revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Required licenses including Certified Financial Planner (CFP),and Group 1.
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound business decisions under pressure.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
