Position Overview:
CVNL is seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of skills in PPC advertising, content generation, email marketing, social media management, and graphic design.

Ability to perform computer work. In addition to basic computer desk work, the employee is required to stand, walk, reach above shoulders, and climb or balance. Expected Hours of Work/Travel:
This is a hybrid position with a home office located in San Rafael, CA, with minimal travel throughout the North Bay to support Special Events & CVNL Meetings. Standard Mileage Reimbursements apply. Ability to work occasional nights and weekends to support events/special projects may be needed. Standard business hours are 9am to 5pm.

Compensation:
The budgeted starting salary that CVNL reasonably expects to pay is $63,200-70,000 annually depending on prior experience. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and external market comparisons for similar positions in similar geographic locations and size. Offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
