We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic marketing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong interest in supporting multiple marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and promote business growth.
Social Media Management:
Help manage and update social media accounts ( LinkedIn), including content scheduling and posting.
Monitor social media engagement, track metrics, and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing calendars.
Manage marketing-related documentation, ensuring it’s up-to-date and accessible.
Content Creation & Management:
Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and other marketing collateral.
Assist in the creation of graphic design and video content for digital campaigns (or collaborate with design teams).
Proofread and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all materials.
Market Research & Data Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to help optimize future campaigns.
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, product launches, and other marketing events.
Coordinate logistics, promote events, and help with post-event follow-up.
Support Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to meet campaign assets and timelines.
Collaborative Team Support:
Work closely with other team members and departments (sales, product, customer service) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales enablement tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, especially digital marketing.
Willingness to work with email marketing platforms and AI
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Proficient level in English
Experience in a marketing or administrative role.
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
Interest in the company’s industry and products/services.
