Description Essential Job Duties: - Assists with CRM through making phone calls and sending emails to prospects.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Participate in occasional "secret shopping" and/or touring of other senior living communities.
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Gather annual competitor rate investigations.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Assist in maintaining collateral inventory.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Attend occasional marketing events (occasional weekend day(s) both on and off campus).
- Contribute creative writing and proof reading to collateral, blogs, newsletters, website, and other forms of advertisement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: - Associate's degree preferred. Will accept equivalent work experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or another related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with (or ability to learn) digital creative software such as Canva, Publisher, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
