Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assists with CRM through making phone calls and sending emails to prospects.
  • Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Participate in occasional "secret shopping" and/or touring of other senior living communities.
  • Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Gather annual competitor rate investigations.
  • Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
  • Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
  • Assist in maintaining collateral inventory.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Attend occasional marketing events (occasional weekend day(s) both on and off campus).
  • Contribute creative writing and proof reading to collateral, blogs, newsletters, website, and other forms of advertisement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree preferred. Will accept equivalent work experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or another related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with (or ability to learn) digital creative software such as Canva, Publisher, etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
