ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Join The Denny Resumadero Agency as a Telemarketing Commission Sales Representative! We are committed to providing excellent products/services to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or target lists
• Present and promote our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Agency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our ECRM system
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Persuasive and confident in presenting sales pitches
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using ECRM software
• High school diploma/GED required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus
