Job Description

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Master Auto Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive automotive knowledge and skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles. As a Master Auto Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and tools while ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics of vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Perform advanced mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Mentor and train less experienced technicians, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive technology developments and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto mechanic, with a focus on advanced repairs.
  • A valid ASE Master Technician certification is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
  • Experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay updated on new technologies and trends.
