Title: Master Licensed Electrician

Location: Worcester, MA Area

A growing company in the HVAC and electrical services industry is seeking skilled electricians to join its team. This organization takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions for residential and commercial clients, with a focus on energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The company provides a variety of services, including the installation of HVAC systems, generators, electrical service upgrades, EV chargers, water heaters, panel upgrades, and surge protectors. Electrician Job Responsibilities:

• Fully licensed in MA (CT, RI licenses also if possible).
• Perform electrical repairs and replace wiring as needed.
• Install and run wiring from electrical panels to HVAC units.
• Handle subpanel installations and service upgrades.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and modifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians.
• Collaborate with contractors and clients to meet project goals.
• Design and install indoor and outdoor electrical control systems and wiring.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Stay current with updates to the National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant safety regulations.

Electrician Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience running electrical conduit
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and other professionals
• Knowledge of the NEC, as well as state and local building codes
• Familiarity with energy-efficient equipment and products
• Ability to use testing equipment and hand tools effectively
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

• Valid electrician’s license in MA (CT license preferred if possible).
• Electrical contractor or master electrician certification.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour safety training.
• 1-3 years of residential, commercial, or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with new construction and renovation projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
