Mechanical Des/Engineer (would like to see portfolio's of prior projects)
Growing industrial Equipment Manufacturer servicing a  world-wide customer base is looking for an industrial equipment Mechanical Design Engineer. Successful candidate will have 5+ years electro/mechanical systems design experience using SolidWorks Design/AutoCAD software and other mechanical design tools for the design of sheet metal, fabrications, weldments components and assemblies. The individual must demonstrate strong project management and communication skills. He/She may direct or help coordinate the work of mechanical assembly personnel and may act as key or technical leader with a project. Knowledge of thermal expansion, heat transfer, refractory metals, furnace and/or vacuum systems preferred. Must take all necessary steps to adhere to safety code requirements driven by industry standards CE, NFPA, UL. Must also aid production and service departments to troubleshoot in house and customer related issues
Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• 5-10 Years’ experience working on industrial equipment, Engineering Principles and practices
• Working Knowledge of NFPA, CE, UL, and other industrial regulatory standards.
• Proficient working knowledge of Solidworks/AutoCAD
• Ability to manage time wisely
• Good time management and schedule management skills
• Great Communication skills
• Extremely Organized

• System Design: 5 years (Preferred)
• SolidWorks: 5 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 5 years (Preferred)
