Our client, a cutting-edge design firm located in Boston, has an immediate need for a mid-level (3-7 years) mechanical design engineer with expertise in injection molded plastic part design, e/m product design, and concept to prototype model generation. Great SolidWorks skills are critical; Creo would be a plus. Surfacing/Advanced Modeling skills/experience is also essential for some of the work. Design firm experience or consumer product environments are considered highly beneficial. Their work focuses on small appliances and other similar consumer products, both corded and battery operated.
