Choice Dermatology is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Scribe/Medical Assistant to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want hands-on experience in dermatology, this is a great opportunity to build your career in healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
Document patient visits in real-time (history, medications, treatment plans).
Assist with minor procedures and basic medical tests.
Support providers during surgeries (prep, sterilization, post-op instructions).
Maintain accurate EMR records and patient charts.
Help with patient scheduling, check-in/out, and prior authorizations.
Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
What We’re Looking For:
Medical office or clinical experience (dermatology a plus).
Strong typing and EMR skills.
Organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Bilingual is a big plus!
Certified Medical Assistant preferred, but not required.
