Medical Interpreter/Translator

Location: Keystone Family Medicine – Fifth Avenue
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays


The Medical Interpreter/Translator provides both written and verbal English/Spanish interpretation and translation to ensure Spanish-speaking patients receive seamless, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate English/Spanish interpretation during patient visits
  • Translate written documents and patient information as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient follow-ups
  • Update and maintain patient charts
  • Support providers with interpretation needs in clinical and office settings
  • Perform general office duties (filing, phones, copying, scanning, etc.)

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Prior medical interpreting experience preferred
  • Healthcare office setting experience and comfort using telephones computers, and other equipment preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
