Job Type: Full-time | Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

Specific skills:- Experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings – heating/cooling loads, pumps, chillers, fans, boilers), PE license.
About the Opportunity
We are a well-established consulting engineering firm seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. We are hiring for four key positions at both senior and junior levels.
Note: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is REQUIRED for all engineering positions.
Candidates without a valid PE license will not be considered.

Open Positions & Experience Requirements
Senior Engineer (MEP) – EXEMPT
Experience Required: 10+ years
- Lead and manage all phases of complex MEP engineering projects
- Perform and direct engineering calculations, construction reviews, and documentation
- Oversee internal team workflows, external communication, and client coordination
- Participate in business development and lead identification
- Required: PE license (non-negotiable), four-year engineering degree
Junior Engineer (MEP) – NON-EXEMPT
Experience Required: 5–9 years
- Independently perform engineering tasks for facility-scale projects
- Supervise support staff and coordinate with city, state, and agency officials
- Resolve design and coordination challenges across disciplines
- Required: PE license (non-negotiable), BSME/BSEE/BSAE
Senior Designer (MEP) – EXEMPT
Experience Required: 10+ years
- Lead MEP system design across major facility projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Supervise less experienced designers and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- PE license not required for this role , but systems design experience is essential
Designer (MEP) – NON-EXEMPT
Experience Required: Entry-level to 3+ years
- Support engineers with calculations, drawings, and design research
- Gain experience in code research, client interaction, and document preparation
- Preferred: BSME/BSEE/BSAE and EIT certification
