MS DYNAMICS 365 DEVELOPER

CONTRACT

FULLY REMOTE

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 solutions across state agency operations. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly CRM and ERP solutions tailored to public sector needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Power Platform).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other state systems and third-party applications using Power Automate, Logic Apps, APIs, and related tools.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts.
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and analytics using BI tools and native Dynamics 365 reporting tools.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers.
• Ensure solutions comply with state security standards and data privacy regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
• Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI is a plus.
• Proven experience working on government or public sector projects (state or federal preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a background clearance per state requirements.
