Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)

Our client is a leading Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) center dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized fertility care. The practice is known for its advanced treatments, experienced providers, and supportive environment designed to help patients on their fertility journey.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) with strong REI experience to join this growing fertility team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing infertility cases, coordinating treatment plans, and guiding patients through their fertility process with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and follow-up throughout fertility cycles.
Conduct ultrasounds, review labs, and assist in developing treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Accurately document all patient interactions in eClinicalWorks (ECW) .
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York State.
Prior experience in REI or fertility strongly required.
Must have an active Medicaid ID.
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional weekend rotation may be required).
