Star Light Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to conduct home visits in Delta County and Montrose County.
We pay an hourly wage for meetings, training and orientations as well as a generous visit rate that include mileage and travel time. We also pay a surcharge if you travel outside your designated territory.
The position is part-time or could be PRN depending on your availability. You set your own schedule so you can conduct patient visits during week days or weekends.

COTA's - you will work with the best OT in town to assist with the volume of patients. We pay $70.00 per 1 hour visit. OTR's - you will be paid $90.00 per 1 hour visit.
