Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and escalate any violations of guidelines related to scams, fraud, and inappropriate behavior.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high standard of content quality.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to improve moderation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Strong German reading and writing skills; basic to conversational English is advantageous.
- Excellent computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.
- Strong decision-making skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in content moderation is not required; enthusiasm for creating a positive impact is essential.
Work Schedule:
- Rotational morning and late shifts until midnight.
- Flexibility to work from home in Malta.
