Opportunity: An established, doctor-owned and full-scope referral-based OMS private practice with multiple locations:

• Immediately busy patient schedule with a large number of new patients per year.
• Technologically advanced practice with CBCT, IOS, robotic guided surgery, integrated EMR, and E-prescribing.
• Multi-generation group practice in Berks County, PA since 1975.
• Newly renovated, state of the art facilities including oversized operating suites
• Opportunity for paid level 1 trauma call and growth opportunities in hospital system

About the practice:  
We are full scope practice including Wisdom Teeth extraction, Oral Pathology, Orthognathic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Maxillofacial Trauma Management. As the premier dental implant center in the area, we provide dental implant surgical management including a focus on full arch dental rehabilitation with the All-on-4 treatment concept and use of zygomatic implants. Cutting edge technology is fully embraced in our practice with regards to dental implant surgery. A comprehensive range of anesthesia services are available and utilized for any procedures that require it, including the utilization of CRNA services. Our 3 dedicated operating room suites will allow you to provide full scope care. Highly trained surgical staff, including DAANCE certification, licensed nursing staff. Superior administrative and management team. 

Located in Berks County, PA, approximately 1 hour from Philadelphia, 2 hours from New York, 1 hour from Allentown. Significant opportunity for outdoor activities, high quality school systems, in a relaxed setting close to major metropolitan areas.

 
Compensation and Benefits - Highly competitive salary. Generous health and retirement benefits included including profit sharing opportunities, malpractice insurance coverage, CE reimbursement and vacation packages. Four day work week.

Applicant prerequisites:

• Ability to provide surgical services at any of the four offices and at local hospital
• Licensed to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Contribute to the promotion of quality surgical care
• Board certified/board eligible by ABOMS
