Summary: We are seeking a motivated Organizational Development and Training Associate to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the design, development, and implementation of various organizational development initiatives and training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop solutions.
  • Research and recommend best practices in organizational development and training.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops on various topics such as leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, etc.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and other resources to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and metrics analysis.
  • Support change management efforts by providing tools, resources, and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in conducting needs assessments and identifying skill gaps within the organization.
  • Maintain and update training records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in organizational development, training, or related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Certification in Organizational Development, Training, or related field is desirable
