In this pivotal role, you will help optimize company processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the future success of our organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Blair Image Elements is a leading provider of signage and branding solutions, delivering comprehensive services to well-known regional, national, and international clients across a diverse range of markets and industries.

About the Role:

As an Organizational Development Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and revising work instructions, job descriptions, and documenting roles, responsibilities, and company-wide processes. Beyond process improvement, you will play a key role in training employees throughout the organization, including onboarding new hires and supporting professional growth.

This full-time, in-office role involves collaborating with teams across all departments to implement high-impact changes that empower employees and drive success. Your contributions will help ensure that everyone in the company can achieve their best.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with department leaders to establish clear roles and responsibilities, helping employees understand their contributions to the company's mission.
  • Optimize Company-Wide Processes: Work closely with the Process Workflow Development team to design, implement, and refine processes that promote operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.
  • Train Employees Across the Organization: Develop and lead training programs for employees in all departments, including comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with teams across the company to gather insights and feedback, using this information to improve processes, documentation, and training initiatives.
  • Monitor and Improve Training Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make data-driven improvements to ensure continuous growth and impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in education, human resources, technical writing, organizational development, process improvement, training, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise instructions.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation that supports company operations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement changes that drive organizational success.
