In the last year, NCAE members developed and passed an historic strategic plan for the next four years that includes unprecedented investment to organize and grow our union.
In the last few years, our locals have also fought for and won historic pay increases and harnessed the momentum from those wins to propel themselves into ranking among the fastest-growing National Education Association affiliates in the country.
