The Orthopaedic Non-Operative Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in active individuals and athletes, with an emphasis on non-surgical management. Will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and orthopaedic surgeons, to coordinate comprehensive care. Overall, they play a vital role in helping patients maintain their activity levels and improve their quality of life while avoiding surgical interventions when possible.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. This position must be able to travel or occasion business conferences, possibly out of
state. Less than 10% travel required. The primary work environment is office based. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Will occasionally be out in the clinic/surgery environment where the environment has patients and physicians, is frequently exposed to airborne particles, and is rarely exposed to bodily fluids.
