In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of orthopedic conditions, from joint injuries to fractures and musculoskeletal disorders. At the heart of our system is a 25-bed inpatient hospital featuring a 24/7 Emergency Department, which is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and diagnostic testing Diagnose and manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions Provide both non-surgical and surgical interventions, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team members Educate patients and their families on treatment options and musculoskeletal health Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development Qualifications: Active West Virginia medical license (MD or DO) Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedics from the ABOS or AOA Strong clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare team BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Ready to join our team?
