Job Description
I'm working with a leading household name national flooring company hiring over 100 sales reps across the US in the below locations.
This hiring push is a big part of revamping their outside sales teams and they're hiring in all offices. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. They will provide 4 weeks of fully paid training and there is a sales manager in each office to help get you settled and to help you succeed. Very quick, virtual interview process. 100% uncapped commission structure. Full benefits too.US working authorization (no sponsorship provided)
What this role offers:
- 100% commission plus many additional ways to earn tiered commission bonuses.
- First year Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $60-70K+, with top performers earning well over $100K+

Requirements:
- Attending office meetings and trainings both in person and virtually.
- Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle to meet with customers in your territory.
- Available for evening and weekend appointments as necessary.
- Excellent customer service and communication style.
- Ability to use tools and samples to aid in sales presentations.
- Be a Professional in the workplace.
- Achieve monthly business development goals.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of sample material
