CDL-A Owner Operator | No Force Dispatch | High Earning Potential

Average Rate Per Mile: $2.05
65% Linehaul Rate on all loaded miles for network freight
100% pass-through of shipper's fuel surcharge

Position Highlights:

• No Force Dispatch – Choose your loads
• Drop & Hook freight with access to an expanded load board for live loads
• Ability to pre-plan up to 4 loads at one time
• Detention Pay: $15/hr after 2 hours
• Contractors are compensated for  trailer search, not deadhead miles
• Trailer Search Pay: CPM based on the current week's DOE

Top Earners Activity:

• $250,000+ per year – Averages 4-5 loads/week with 2,500-3,000+ miles
• $200,000+ per year – Averages 3-4 loads/week with 2,200-2,500 miles
• $150,000+ per year – Averages 2-3 loads/week with 1,800-2,200 miles

Bonus Incentives:

• Contractor of the Month: $500 Bonus
• Contractor of the Year: $2,500 Bonus

Tractor Qualifications:

• Unit must be a  sleeper
• Non-trucking liability and occupational insurance required
• 5th wheel must be 47.5 inches tall or less
• Truck must weigh 20,000 lbs or less

Position Details:

• Fuel Discounts: Average $0.50 per gallon (Fuel card issued upon completion of orientation) – Wex App provides all fueling stations in network, with an average  monthly savings of $550
• Tire Discounts: Goodyear tires up to 35% off total price
• Maintenance Discounts: Up to 20% off parts and labor at Rush Service Centers nationwide
• Medical & Truck Insurance Discounts through  TrueNorth (optional)– Average savings of $409/month (Contact: 877-490-0177)
• Settlement (paid) every Friday – Bill of Lading required

Deductions:

• $25 weekly for Trailer Repositioning and Technology Application Fee
• $50 weekly for plates and permits ( only if using company plates )
• $23 weekly for GeoTab ( installed at orientation )
• $100 weekly up to $3,000for escrow account ( refundable upon contract completion and if equipment is returned in good standing )
• Toll Package (optional):
  • $175 weekly for residents of  CT, DE, MA, MD, PA, NJ, RI, VT
  • $100 weekly for residents of  all other states
• Additional Optional Deductions:
  • $22.20 weekly for ATBS (26% discount on business services)
  • $26 annually for administration fee to file IFTA
  • $2.31 weekly for DriveWyze (weigh station bypass)
  • $8.99 weekly for Roadside Masters (emergency roadside assistance)
  • $2.98 weekly for Drivers Legal Plan

Fuel Deduction:

• Based on  fuel purchased the previous week

Insurance & Liability:

• Contractors  must cover the first $35,000of any  third-party damage due to negligence
• Two options for satisfying the Auto Liability Requirement:
  1. Weekly Deduction: $19.92 settlement deduction (reduces contractor responsibility to $3,500 per claim )
  2. Commercial Auto Liability Policy: Obtain $35,000 Auto Liability Policy from a third party

Applicants cannot reside in NY, NH, or CA.

Required Documents to Use Company Plates:

• Title (front & back)
• Title Application Receipt (if truck was purchased in the last 60 days)
• Bill of Sale (if truck was purchased)
• Lease Agreement (if truck is leased)
• 2290 for current year (Category "V")
• DOT Inspection (dated within the last 30 days)
• Recent photo of the truck (Images will be required during onboarding)

Required Documents to Use Own Plates:

• Apportioned Cab Card (current year)
• DOT Inspection (dated within the last 30 days)
• Recent photo of the truck (Images will be required during onboarding)

EIN & 2290 Filing Requirements:

• Must have an  active EIN for  at least 14 days before 2290 can be filed
• Assistance available for  Filing 2290 Heavy Road Tax
