Role/Responsibilities

• Understand internal / external customer needs and translate them to specific packaging, and process specifications.
• Design / Engineer robust and manufacturable packaging through strong understanding and application of engineering fundamentals.
• Analyze design solutions using engineering principles and propose economic, efficient and safe solutions.
• Develop design verification strategies, traceability matrices & associated requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organization’s quality policies, procedures and practices.
• Prepare technical reports based on design verification testing.
• Ensure quality of deliverables, including design, data summary, interpretation and report generation.
• Derive solutions for Technical issues and convince Stakeholders on resolution, backed-up with sound engineering basics & judgment

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $24.04 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $38.46 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
