Pallet Builder / Repair The role of Pallet Builder / Repair involves building and repairing wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood on a daily basis, ensuring consistent quality and timely fulfillment of customer needs. 48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America, providing end‑to‑end pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, on‑site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. Hourly Pay: $15.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Location: Columbus, OH 43207 Responsibilities Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble pallets using a nail gun along set stringers. Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas. Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all company procedures. Maintain high quality standards while producing a high volume of finished goods. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing approximately 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Prior experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing is highly preferred.
