Shift Details Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 5:00 am – 6:30 pm. Pay: $19–$20 per hour; great benefits after 30 days. Responsibilities Hand‑sort pallets accurately and efficiently based on manufacturer, quality, and grade. Inspect pallets and determine repair needs according to established criteria. Maintain quality and quantity goals; achieve minimum production and quality requirements. Conduct all activities following safety behaviors, processes, and procedures; commit to “Plan To Zero”. Perform sanitation, “Clean as You Go”, and housekeeping practices. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Experience with pallet jack; prior forklift experience and certification preferred. Work experience in fast‑paced, production‑based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. High school diploma, GED, or comparable work‑related experience preferred. Strong teamwork and ability to work in a diverse environment. Additional Information Ability to operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner; training and certification will be provided. Motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting are required.
