We, a family friend employer, are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching English to children in kindergarten through 8th grade. You will work part-time on weekdays from 4:15 PM to 7:45 PM, allowing you to have your mornings free.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students in kindergarten through 8th grade
· Lesson plan and materials will be provided
· Monitor student progress and communicate with parents as needed
· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
· Teaching certification preferred but not required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must be able to pass a background check
