Rate: $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our multifamily real estate company as a Part-Time Marketing Assistant . This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of real estate marketing. 

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics), social media platforms (Meta Business), and content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with marketing analytics tools and other marketing-related software is preferred. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn attitude, particularly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Monitors and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Enters and maintains accurate records of invoices and advertising expenses.
• Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for multifamily and single-family rental properties.
• Assists with the management of content for internal communications, social media platforms, business listings, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Provides administrative support, including managing budgets, schedules, meeting logistics, and organizing marketing materials.
• Conducts regular website audits to assess SEO performance, user experience, and content effectiveness, ensuring only digital assets remain optimized and up-to-date.
