This is an in-person, temporary position located at our warehouse in Irving, TX (near Dallas). Candidates for this role must be able to work on-site for 40 hours per week. This role is slated to run through the end of 2024 with the possibility of extension based on order volume.

We are currently seeking a temporary Parts Picker & Order Packer to join our team for the 2024 holiday season. This individual will be responsible for finding and picking the components that are used in custom keyboard builds . They will also be responsible for preparing and packing orders ready to ship to customers. They may also serve as a general floater in busy times, supporting other individuals or teams with incoming shipments, warehouse restocking, or other responsibilities.
This position reports to the IT & Operations Manager.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $15 USD .
Select and verify the components necessary to complete custom keyboard builds
Select and verify the products necessary to complete consumer orders
Prepare all outgoing orders by placing them in the correct sized boxes or packaging, adding protective material, and taping them closed
Generate accurate shipping labels for all outgoing orders
Schedule pickups with appropriate domestic and international shipping carriers
Hand off outgoing shipments to shipping carriers if necessary
Assist with other warehouse functions as requested, including receiving shipments, restocking the warehouse, cleaning, etc.
Located and authorized to work in the United States
Professional fluency in English
Must be able to reliably commute to our warehouse in Irving, TX
Ability to work 8 hours daily (Monday through Friday) between 9 am and 5:30 pm
Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 60 lbs) on a regular basis
Ability to remain in a stationary position while working
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with high energy and ability to work with others
Interest in and knowledge of gaming, consumer electronics, or similar fields is a big plus
