Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Dentist, you will:

• Provide exceptional dental services to our young patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulations and compliance programs.
• Engage in community activities that promote a positive image of our practice.
• Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team achievements.
• Work primarily with children, who make up over 70% of our patient base.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Completion of a Pediatric Residency accredited by the CDA.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where you will provide care.
• Additional certifications as required (PALS/BLS, DEA, etc.).
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A genuine compassion and desire to provide dental care to children and young adults.
