Your Opportunity

We are actively seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and young adults. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company!
• Participate in morning huddles (or even lead one!) to plan your day and appreciate your team.
• Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your dedicated team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

• DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics.
• Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient comfort.
• Collaboration with Dental Anesthesiologists on sedation cases.
• Specialized support staff dedicated to specialists.
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• A diverse payor mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network options.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Completion of a Pediatric Residency accredited by the CDA.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Other required certifications such as PALS/BLS, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and young adults.
