Baily’s Hyperformance is a nationally recognized performance shop specializing in high-horsepower Mopar builds. With over 18 years of industry expertise and a reputation for record-setting results—including the world’s fastest Demon—we’re expanding and seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and professional Sales Representative to join our team.

If you’re passionate about performance, confident in your sales ability, and fluent in Mopar platforms (TRX, Hellcat, Scat Pack, R/t), this is an opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective customers to understand performance goals, budget, fuel type, and intended use (street, strip, etc.)
• Recommend appropriate performance packages, ranging from bolt-ons to full engine builds with superchargers or turbos
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
• Engage with inbound leads from phone calls, emails, social media
• Post content and respond to inquiries in relevant Facebook groups, Instagram, and TikTok to generate leads and expand brand presence
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide ongoing support to customers throughout the sales process

  Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (automotive, aftermarket, or performance industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of Mopar platforms and performance modifications
• Clear and professional communicator, both in person and through digital channels
• Social media savvy—comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive awareness and connect with prospects
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads
• Must be available to train onsite at our Boyd, TX facility. Remote work may be considered upon successful completion of training and demonstrated performance.
