Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive end-to-end sales across hospitals in the U.S. This is an onsite role requiring frequent travel , focused on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B sales experience , preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end sales to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the U.S.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate products to healthcare professionals, explaining features, benefits, and clinical relevance.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Operations, and Finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience ; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the U.S.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
