Job Description: Intake pharmacy tech/Patient Care Coordinator (no phones) Responsible for reviewing details of referrals, creating patient profiles, entering scripts into system along with any documentation necessary, and communicate with provider regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information or patient concerns.
