Pharmacy Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in San Francisco, CA! **WORK FROM HOME**

Top Skills Should You Possess:

• A minimum of three (3) years of related pharmacy experience
• Experience with Medi-Cal and/or Department of Health Care Services regulations and standards, preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team, serving as a lead for the retail pharmacy relationships and specialty pharmacy vendor management, and provide customer service support for member inquiries regarding the pharmacy benefits
• Participate in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) oversight and monitoring functions
• Outbound calls to members and providers, as well as data entry
• Will work within drug utilization management programs, pharmacy authorization requests, MTM (Medication Therapy Management) for individual members, and vendor audits, contingent upon departmental needs
• Perform other duties as required
• Schedule M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• A current California Pharmacy Technician License without restriction
• A minimum of three (3) years of related pharmacy experience
• Experience with Medi-Cal and/or Department of Health Care Services regulations and standards, preferred
• Experience in an HMO or experience in a managed care setting, a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with state and federal insurance programs, preferred
• Ability to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team
• Excellent computer skills
