Job Description

*Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia* is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to elderly residents and short-term rehab patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide physical therapy treatments to patients as outlined in the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist.
* Assist patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring physical function.
* Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and progress toward goals.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
* Educate patients and families on exercises and safety precautions to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.

*Requirements:*
* Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Idaho.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Experience in a SNF or geriatric rehab setting preferred.
* Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
