Salary:

We are looking for motivated people who love house cleaning, don't mind getting dusty, dependable, friendly, and have an eye for detail!

Our Construction Cleaning Team cleans new construction homes for future homeowners! Experience is a huge plus, if not, we offer training you.

90 Day Pay Raise - Based upon performance and attendance

Duties/Responsibilities

• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Vacuuming
• Shop Vac Drywall dust
• Dusting
• Surface cleaning
• Window cleaning
  
• General spot clean-up
• All surface cleaning
• Trash and debris pick-up

Subcontractor opportunities available!

Requirements

• Physically demanding/Labor intensive job
• Physically able to handle working in extreme temperatures (some homes have no air conditioning)
• Be able to bend, squat and maneuver constantly for extended periods of time
• Be able to work with little supervision but also work as a team when needed
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess attention to detail
• Positive Attitude
• Hard work and motivation are a MUST
