Responsibilities:
- Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customers satisfaction
- Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
- Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
- Engage directly with residential/commercial clients (e.g. estimate quoting, completing customer walkthroughs, addressing client questions/concerns, etc.)
- Create additional sales with current and potential customers

Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering large service vehicles and operating power washing equipment
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry/lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to pass physical, background and drug screenings
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
