Role Summary

As an Assembler , you will play a crucial role in the safe and precise assembly of vertical turbine pumps. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure our products meet the highest standards. In addition to assembly, you will support general shop operations, including:

• Shipping and receiving
• Inventory management
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Accurately assemble vertical turbine pumps using hand and power tools
• Support general shop functions, including maintenance and organization

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing or applied mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous assembly experience with vertical turbine pumps
• Forklift certification
• Experience with precision tools
• Ability to read blueprints
