Location: Headquarters is in the DC Metro, opportunity offers remote flexibility Overview: Muller Infrastructure is a P3 developer that provides alternative delivery solutions for higher education institutions and public agencies. We are seeking an experienced and motivated President to lead our company's expansion efforts in infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have existing strong relationships with higher education business office reps in the Mid-Atlantic USA region and basic knowledge of P3 projects. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing the company's P3 or Public-Private Partnership business strategy in the assigned region. Responsibilities: Manage/work with and motivate internal BD/Marketing team, consultants and advisors on a daily basis to get in front of Mid Atlantic based Higher Ed decision makers (c-suite). Attend industry events to get in front of, get attention of and form relationships with key Mid Atlantic based higher ed decision makers (c-suite) and municipality decision makers. Research and make suggestions to CEO of new services that can be offered and partnerships that can be formed in order to capture attention of potential clients, address most common pain points, and make win rate higher. Work with internal team and consultants to propose deal scope, propose deal structure options for clients, locate and facilitate relationship with strategic local partners, calculate project risk, kick off and manage project. Network with industry professionals and be aware of P3 opportunities and partnerships that should be relayed to CEO for evaluation. Aggressively focus on hitting KPI's on daily basis. Provide concise and effective updates to CEO. Proactively communicate with CEO on resources needed to be successful. Ensure entire team has a sense of urgency on a daily basis to hit goals. Prioritize most important and time sensitive tasks at all times to ensure energy is going to correct place. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Basic understanding of infrastructure, P3s, and project development & delivery (preferred but not required). Strong existing relationships with higher education business office contacts (COO, CFO) in the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, VA, MD, DE, WV, PA & NC). At least 10 years' professional experience. Understands how such institutions function (politics, decision-making, parlance, bureaucracy, culture, capital planning, budgeting). Outgoing, engaging, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
