We're seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team and produce high-quality printed materials. If you have solid experience with web offset Sanden 10-Unit UV presses (or similar UV presses), we’d love to hear from you. Your expertise in printing processes will be key to ensuring every job runs efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Press Operator:

• Set up and operate printing presses to meet job specs and deliver high-quality results
• Monitor press operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain print quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the printing process
• Keep accurate records of production runs and material usage
• Read and interpret job tickets and production schedules
• Push/pull hand trucks, lift objects up to 40 pounds, and move up to 1400 pounds

Qualifications of the Press Operator:

• High School Diploma required
• Experience with web offset Sanden 10-Unit UV presses required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina for lifting and handling materials when needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
• Solid understanding of printing equipment and processes
• Proven experience as a web offset press operator in a professional printing environment
• Good hand and arm dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and finger movement
• Must be able to walk, stand, and stoop for extended periods

Schedules:

• 2pm-10pm M-Fri
• 10pm-6am Sun-Thu
