Process Engineer

Direct Hire – Entry to Mid-Level (1–7 Years Experience)

We’re seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and drive improvements in process efficiency, product quality, and safety. This is a direct hire role with career growth opportunities across entry and mid-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production activities by improving process efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee and coordinate with Production Supervisors and Operators to meet production goals.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize chemical processes.
• Set operating parameters and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality repairs.
• Train staff on SPC techniques and methods.
• Prepare reports on production, downtime, quality, and compliance.
• Provide technical support for project design, startup, and evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering required.
• 1–7 years of experience in a chemical or manufacturing plant.
• Green Belt certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Project, AutoCAD, and the scientific method.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
