As Unboxed Group continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and energized Producer to help bring our bold ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, loves a good challenge and finds joy in turning creative concepts into flawlessly executed realities. As a Producer, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our projects from managing everything from budgets and vendors to timelines and on-site execution. You’ll partner closely with our internal teams and clients to keep things moving smoothly, all while maintaining a calm, confident presence no matter how many plates are spinning. This is a high impact, highly visible role for someone who knows how to balance structure with flexibility and can anticipate roadblocks before they happen. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and thrive behind the scenes making the magic happen, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Project Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and ideas based on client goals.
  • Provide support for proposals, pitches and RFPs, ensuring clear alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Source and evaluate vendors, venues and partners to support creative and logistical goals.
  • Translate creative concepts into clear production plans with tangible deliverables.

Budget & Timeline Management

  • Build detailed budgets for projects leveraging previous experience, industry contacts and thorough research.
  • Consistently monitor project finances, tracking expenses, addressing scope changes and optimizing profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement strategies to keep projects on track, anticipate and mitigate potential delays and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Regularly update internal and client teams on timing, spend and resourcing.

Project Management

  • Oversee the production process and ensure a seamless transition from planning to onsite execution and post event wrap.
  • Ensure all production elements meet Unboxed standards for quality, safety and creativity.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the internal team, vendors and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client feedback and ensure project deliverables excel client expectations.

Who you are:

  • Strategic: You anticipate needs before they arise, manage competing priorities with ease and build thoughtful systems that keep projects running smoothly from ideation to execution.
  • Effective Communicator: You’re clear, concise and confident in your communication when managing clients, updating internal teams or negotiating with vendors. You know how to tailor your message to your audience and keep everyone aligned.
  • Highly Organized: Your timelines are tight, your checklists are legendary and your follow through is flawless. You thrive when juggling multiple workstreams and never let a detail slip through the cracks.
  • Detail Oriented: You have a sharp eye for logistics, budgets and aesthetics. You know the smallest details are often what make an experience feel unforgettable.
  • Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and excel at finding creative solutions when challenges arise. You are resourceful and always one step ahead, ready to pivot without missing a beat.
  • Collaborative Leader: You know how to take charge without taking over. You lead with empathy, empower those around you and foster a team environment built on trust, respect and shared success.

Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of proven event production, special events, experiential marketing experience or related field required
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of producing a variety of events focused on experiential marketing and brand immersion.
  • Strong project management and leadership experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, agency environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and professional documents.

Additional Requirements:

  • 25% travel expected
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on event schedules.
  • Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods, standing/walking for onsite work, lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items.
  • While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for occasional local travel - mileage compensation provided.
