Product Owner (Hybrid w/ Secret Clearance) Location: Orlando, FL (32825) Job ID: #71358 Pay Range: $48-54 All work is on-site Open to US Citizens with a Secret Clearance 50% hybrid - Must be local to Orlando, FL , will to come onsite as needed Experience: BS & 6+ years OR MS & 5+ years THE COMPANY - Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies. Summary: The successful candidate will serve as the Product Owner for a Product Team within a large Solution Train. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understood, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize value to the customer. Key Responsibilities: • Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog with input from stakeholders (including PM -Project Mgr, EPM -Engineering Project Mgr, and IPT Lead -Integrated Product Team Lead)
• Refine the backlog as part of an Agile Rhythm (including PI Planning - Program Increment Planning)
• Collaborate with the team to continually mature the Story Backlog
• Understand scope of upcoming enabler work and collaborate with architects to assist with decision-making
• Maximize value to the customer
• Evaluate team progress and guide the work of the team
• Own risk and opportunities for the product
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure completed Stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done Other Requirements:
• Open to US Citizens with a Secret Clearance
• Must be local to Orlando, FL and willing to come onsite as needed
