Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate national rollout projects across multiple locations. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, field coordination, and progress tracking, ensuring all aspects of each project are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and implement project goals
• Coordinate and schedule field technicians to complete assigned tasks
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and inventory using Excel
• Communicate regularly with internal team members to ensure alignment and resolve issues
• Support incoming service requests and assist with general project-related tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong organizational abilities
