The expected salary range for this position is $90,000- 95,000 depending upon experience

Description :
Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims
Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records
Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process
Research and propose solutions to quality control issues
Perform quantities take offs
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution
3 or more years of construction experience in the civil or infrastructure sector
3 or more years of experience coordinating material procurement, managing third-party contracts, monitoring construction progress, and updating schedules
