Project Manager
Metairie, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an entry level Project Manager to coordinate activities between customers, dealers, and regional sales managers.
Essential Duties:
• Create equipment layouts in 2D and 3D using Autodesk (CAD) software.
• Calculate equipment sizing using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare budget and detailed quotations using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Develop installation drawings, including detailed locating, mechanical, and electrical plans.
• Respond to various requests for information pre-sale and post-sale using Outlook.
• Collaborate with product design engineers for new or modified hardware and/or software.
• Conduct savings analysis for payback period or ROI using Microsoft Excel.
• Deliver project-related written and verbal presentations using Word and/or PowerPoint.
Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Design Drafting Associate, or a current senior near graduation.
• Experience in mechanical drawing/design work, with AutoCAD (2D and 3D) skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to articulate mechanical concepts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and directly with customers.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to travel and adapt to different work environments as needed.
