Growing healthcare organization is looking for a strong Project Manager who can keep pace with the various projects, including the projects below.

Project Details:

Supply Chain Integration Project Manager

Required:

• PM Hospital Supply Chain projects.
• Supply Chain System Integrations (Ideally involved in a Lawson Infor integration with Epic).
• Manage timeline and tackling of tasks.
• Drive all projects through to completion.

Projects

• Procedural Analytics deployed & leveraged
• Attainia Capital Request process rebuilt & expanded
• Wavemark RFID
• Imaging Supply Documentation to Epic
• New supply charge capture rules for Emergency Dept
• Bill Only Automation awarded & progressing/deployed
• Ambulatory Service Center (which are surgery centers) Epic Deployments to 22 surgery centers
• Project/initiative Tracking with GANTT Charts
• Hardwired manual intakes iCertis to Linen
• Manufacturer name clean-up in ERP
• Vizient Roster Clean-up
• WEX consolidation and Pcard (Preference Card) reductions

Reporting

• Master Item Database Operationalized
• Savings & Compliance tracking moved from Sourcing/Tableau
• Exec Metrics
• Advanced Analysis on expense variances & what's driving it (Ste Dev, Z-Score, Pareto)
• Formalize PowerBI reporting structure
• Expanded metrics listing with actionable items
• ML on item master data
• Data entry in PowerBI for end users
• Preference Card & Custom Pack optimization
• Strong Project Manager who can keep pace with the various projects, including the projects in the above list.
