Property Manager Canton

We are seeking a Hub Leader/Property Manager to become a part of our team! The position will require working at the location for an hour or two daily, 5 days a week. Position will require one of those days to be on the weekend. This position can be scheduled around another full-time position if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with tenants to sign paperwork needed when tenants are not able to online.
• Help Hub Leader to investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
• Facility cleaning, upkeep, and help with minor maintenance issues at the location that come up, for example changing out broken unit latches and using a grinder to cut locks.
• Property Walk Throughs and door checks.
• Making units ready to rent after move out.
• Overlocking units each month and removing locks once tenants have paid. This will include setting locks up in the phone app that is used for our overlocking procedures.
• Minor clean outs that would include moving smaller items to one unit until there are enough dumped items for the clean out team to make a trip to the dump.
• Communication with the Hub Leader on any supplies needed at the location.
• Cleaning and upkeep of the AirBnB rental on property. This will include laundry, making the beds, cleaning and setting up the bathrooms, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchen, and setting out new supplies for upcoming rentals. Supply orders will need to be made with the Hub Leader for anything needed for the rental.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience is required.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers to make sure the location is fully taken care of.
• Ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Previous customer service and conflict resolution.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
